Hey people, I just got back from the store after returning my Asus VS248H monitor for a new one as the other had sound and HDMI problems, this one however refuses to display HDMI. Every time I plug it in I get an out of range message, I'm currently using DVI to connect, and that works fine. I've tried changing the settings of my graphics card (the resolution) to 1920x1080 (which is the native display) and tried changing the refresh rate from 60hz to 50 or 51. The hdmi works fine with my HDTV with 60hz and 1920x1080, and I'm really praying I didn't just return my monitor for yet another faulty monitor. Through HDMI it displays the MSI logo at the start, and then the windows logo before it goes to the Out Of Range setting. Does anyone have any ideas? Stressing out.

Thanks :)

I agree to the above comment Boot to safe mode and lower your resolution back to your native..
then start back in normal and push it till it gets to where you want or to the max the screen can handle.
