my computer cabinet doesn't have top area for PSU exhaust air ?

i want to buy this PSU(http://www.corsair.com/en-us/vs-seriestm-vs450-450-watt-power-supply)

but my computer old cabinet doesn't have top area for blow air.

should i need to buy new cabinet ?

your psu exhausts air from the rear of the power supply ,
if you are worried about intake from the large fan you can still mount it in your case but upside down so that it draws air from inside the case , this actually works better because you are not drawing in dust from underneath the case
