At that budget the best you can get is this:
http://www.flipkart.com/sapphire-amd-ati-radeon-r7-240-boost-1-gb-ddr5-graphics-card/p/itmdr9mduvt6eesq?pid=GRCDR9MDUVT6EESQ&srno=b_7&ref=ea74e60f-e40c-4a3c-a9a9-cae45f26c2d1

However you should keep in mind that it is not a good gaming graphics card and also less powerful than 6670.

You can take this one if you can stretch you budget by another 500 INR. It performs at par with 6670:
http://www.flipkart.com/sapphire-amd-ati-hd-7730-1-gb-ddr5-graphics-card/p/itmdpxqpfrtxst5q?pid=GRCDPXQPFRTXST5Q&srno=b_8&ref=ea74e60f-e40c-4a3c-a9a9-cae45f26c2d1

Performance wise GT 630 is below R7 240. so I don't think its a good option.. Checkout this GPU hierarchy chart to know more...

A PCI-E 3.0 card is backward compatible with PCI-E 2.0. So, it will work just fine and you would not see any performance degradation either as these lower end cards never utilise full bandwith of even PCI-E 2.0.
GDDR5 GPUs will also work fine, no worries.

your motherboard has a 2 pci-e 2.0 x16 slots but pci-e 3.0 GPU's will work with your system and it will support gddr5

i would suggest a r7 250 here's a compare benchmarks against the hd6670
