Cant install programs on Win7

I just get "installer has insufficient privleges toi access the directory: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Start Menu\Programs\Travel...."

the i nstaller is running with admin provledges. I can creat a diorectopry there . i have filled Advanced SystemCare process (I think) but still no joy..

in particular it says

"To prevent this error from occurring, make sure the folder location into which you are installing Office has Full Control permissions for either the Everyone group or the SYSTEM group. Check the permissions for the parent folders because the permissions on these folders may also cause this problem."

Is the computer on a network? you can also check your current account by click Start > Run type in netplwiz. This will bring up the User Accounts information. Seem like you need to login as an Network Admin/Local Admin account to install programs.
