Can I connect a Graphic Card in a company computer

I Have got a HP desktop. Its model is HP dc7800. It has one PCIE_16 slot and it is connected to a 365 W Power Supply Unit. Can I Connect a Graphic card to it? If yes, will Galaxy NVIDIA GeForce GT 630 2GB DDR3 Graphics Card work properly?

that power supply is prolly janky and is gonna push it. to be on the safer side i would stick a gtx 750TI in there because it's power draw is really low. also be mindful of putting gaming components in a company computer they might not like that lol. which processor is in your computer? use CPUZ to tell me
