Ok so I'm looking into building my first pc. I'm looking for it to be an alternative to a ps4 or xbox one while also working as my main computer, so I want it to be able to handle a wide variety of games. I've also gotten into video editing somewhat recently so I'd like to be able to handle some of that.
Here's the build I've come up with on my own. Any advice or recommendations on the parts would be much appreciated (I'm not too sure whether they will even work together a the moment). In particular I'm concerned about compatibility of the parts and whether they will all fit together.
CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core $219.00
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing $29.99
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z87X-D3H ATX LGA1150 $126.00
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 $86.99
Storage: Seagate Constellation CS ISE 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM $89.95
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 760 2GB $249.99
Case: Corsair 300R ATX Mid Tower $59.99
Power Supply: SeaSonic 620W ATX12V / EPS12V $75.98
Optical Drive: Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer $19.98
OS: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32/64-bit) $107.32
--------------
Total: $1065.19
In terms of the monitor, I'm planing on using my 32inch 1080p Samsung tv through hdmi.

I don't really know much about cooling so any advice on that would also be great.
Finally I don't really want the cost to go up much more, but i'd be willing to put a little more cash in if it would make a great difference. Thanks in advance.
