I downloaded the latest Nvidia driver to Windows 8.1 then restarted my computer. When the came back my screen was Zoomed in, only on the desktop, not in metro. I checked my screen resolution and it was still on 1920x1080. I also (accidentally)) deleted my display driver but then reinstalled it. Still have the same problem.
This is a brand new build btw, I was in the process of updating my drivers right after installing windows.
