Its capable of doing whatever, with reasonable expectations.

You never said what the point of this machine is. If its a workstation, add 8gb of ram possibly. If its a gaming machine, drop the i7 down to an i5 and pick up a 760, possibly a 770 if you can.

Just make sure that proc isn't a K model since you can't OC on a B75 mobo anyhow.

maybe a solid state drive instead or one for windows page file.
will give smoother performance as cores park and activate

That is a nice gaming system - the GPU is a little weaker than I'd suggest with an i7-3770 (if system is mainly used for gaming)

If buying now I'd also consider the i7-3770K version as it is not much more expensive and allows overclocking. You might also want to consider a 64/128/256GB SSD for a boot drive.

Question really is what do you want to do with the PC?

Replace the PSU with a quality model. Other than their new "V" series (made by Seasonic), most of their PSUs are near-junk with problems ranging from the minor (e.g. poor efficiency) to serious (over-rating, claimed protection circuits missing). A GTX660 is not an extremely demanding card, but it isn't a chance I'd take with my own system(s), so not one I'd recommend others take. To allow for future expansion and/or overclocking, a quality 500W unit would be good. Note that this excludes the Corsair "CX" line, which was built with some inferior capacitors that don't like heat and age poorly.
