Gaming PC, $1000AUD Limit

Im looking for a new gaming rig. I play World of Warcraft and League of Legends and i want to be able to run these on maxed out graphics while still performing fast. At the same time as playing one of these games i have open skype and my browser(chrome). I am also used to using dual screen so dual screen is a necessity.

I just need a full tower(case and all) as i already have screens and peripherals that work. I need prices for the Australian Market. My limit is $1000 AUD or as close to as possible.
