When I copy a selection of files to my Desktop, they appear on the right side for some reason. This only started happening a few months ago and I have since reformatted/reinstalled the OS. Still happens.
My right-click View menu is as follows:
Auto arrange icons
Align icons to grid [CHECKED]
Show desktop icons [CHECKED]
Show desktop gadgets [CHECKED]
...and this has never changed.
How can I fix this so that copied files go to the left side (like I believe they're supposed to)?
