The CPU is : Overclocked Intel Core i7 4770K Quad-Core (4.5GHz-4.8GHz)
Will it bottleneck a 3-way SLI GTX Titan Black set-up?
My power supply is 1.3 Kilowatt EVGA Supernova 1300 G2
I'm using Origin PC's Frosbyte 360 Liquid Cooling System for CPU only.

No. Its still capable of running 4 way SLI titan.

It will bottleneck, yeah. Will it matter? No.

You've just got SO much GPU power, there's almost no CPU setup that could keep up with it. That said, the 4770K delivers more performance than you'll usually need, so it's a moot point.

If you are going for Tri SLI Titan blacks, it seems crazy not to go for a 4930k on a 2011 board.

A 4770k OC'd with 2-3 titans would be adequate, but not ideal. I have to agree with the recommendation above. Go for a 6-core i7 if you want to get the most out of such a large GPU investemnt.
