Hello,
I have built what I call my dream machine. The OS is Windows 8.1 with all the current Windows & driver updates. I had a RAID 10 set up and Windows was able to see almost 6 GB. I was also using the onboard video. I have had many computers but this one has stumped me.
The problem is that the system ran smooth for almost 2 weeks. I had the BCLK set to 125 and the CPU was running at 4.25 GHz. This tower case has so many fans and the water cooling system the highest temperature I measured was 98 degrees Fahrenheit on the CPU. The MB has sensors to monitor temps all over the MB, they were all low. This morning very early I had a migraine and to make my room quiet I turn the system completely off, 7 hours later it will not reboot. Nothing will come on the screen. I connected a laptop to the monitor and it works fine.
The component are as follows:
ASUS Sabertooth Z87 Motherboard
Intel I-7 4770K CPU 3.5 GHz
16 GB of PNY Memory
Thermaltake Chaser A-71 LCS Tower Case
Thermaltake Smart 850 Power Supply
4 Toshiba 3 GB 7200 rpm SATA Hard Drives
ASUS 16X BLU-RAY Reader/Writer
Please help, I am a 47 year old college freshman and I need this computer to work.
