My MSI N560 GTX-ti Twinfrozr II that I bought on Amazon died, and since they can't replace it I'm getting back the full 240$ that I bought it for originally. So I can't decide if I should get maybe a GTX 760 or a GTX 660, since I don't know if they're gonna be wasted on my rig. Maybe something cheaper would equate to the old N560GTX?

My specs:

CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 965
Motherboard: Asus M4A87TD/USB3
RAM: Corsair 2GB DIMM DDR3 X4 (8GB)
PU: Corsair 650 W.

Hello... I upgrade my video card 2-3 times vs the CPU... Yes, upgrade it... it can be used in a future system... here is a general rating of GPU's http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/high_end_gpus.html
The GTX760 and 670 have 256 bit memory interfaces and the same GPU's, and in your price range.
The Gtx 660 is a 192bit memory interface and has a lower performance.
The Gtx660 TI is a 192bit memory interface, and a additional processor lane turned on.
or another option would be to get another 560TI used on Ebay, and pocket the left over $$...
