Hello guys.

I'll make a new build and i can't choose between these motherboards:
ASRock Fatal1ty 990FX Killer
Gigabyte 990FXA-Ud3
ASRock 990FX Extreme3

The things i want is a good look (every of them got it)
8+2 if possible (not the extreme 3)
And it need to be the best in price to performance.
Okay let me see what you think

Regards,

hrm... well you don't say what your cpu is... if it's a 6 core or less any of those asrocks will do fine. Frankly they should do alright with an 8core... i just don't like suggesting them cause of their high failure rate.

that said there are some asrock owners of an AM3+ board that swear by them, so who knows? you might be very happy. I would definitely if the choice was an asrock Fatal1ty and a UD3 r4.0, take the Asrock 10 out of 10 times. It only gets iffy if we start talking about older UD3 versions...
stick with gigabyte as long as that isn't the r4 version of the ud3. Asrock might use a robust vrm design, but they're low quality vrms... and even lower quality caps. While their stuff is fine for a 95W intel, for a 125W piledriver they tend to fail a bit.

the versions of the ud3 prior to r4 were all excellent. the r4 has a gimped bios design, and generally is buggy. don't know what gigabyte did, but they took what was one of the best amd motherboards in the ud3, and turned it into a major lemon.
