Changin Color Scheme Affect Performance?

My computer has an i5 processor, 4 gb of ram and a gtx 660 in it. I changed the color scheme and it said my computer is running slow and to change back to the basic color scheme. Does changing this really affect performance? I didnt even think my computer was running slow, so, should I change it back?

That's a false message, there is nothing wrong.

I have FX-8350 and GTX770 and I got that message too.
I suppose it could affect the performance slightly, but nothing you could possibly notice.
