1. get a cooler master 212 evo cooler, it's an air cool that's quieter/superior than the H60 Liquid.

2. The asrock board is fine and if you're looking at serious overclocking.

This build can also run the games you want no trouble at high/ultra and is considerably less, I feel you were a bit overkill before.

the reason I went with the h60 cooler I saw how easy to install it and as i said I am newbie so looking for easy stuff XD

this build I got from the forums here just changed the i5 to i7
budget $1700 I already have windows and Monitor keyboard and mouse

My suggestion.

CPU/Cooler/Mobo > All quality parts, the Cooler is VERY good value for $$$ and the Mobo/CPU are some of the best on the market.
HDD/SDD fairly standard as you'd already chose them

GPU - EVGA 780ti run anything you want 1080p single monitor
PSU - Bit big for the current build but say you wanted to stick in a second 780ti for SLI in the future? Sure why not.

This system will look at the games you want to play and then run them, whilst jogging a half marathon and walking across the moon simultaneously.

will go with that do you think it's possible to change the psu since I am not planning on adding another gpu at all XD
also will try to get all from amazon and newegg since i like them even if it add some extra$$

By the way OP, the 780Ti compared to the 780 is little to no difference. Wait for the 790 if you want to.
