I want a GPU and i was looking at the 760 mars but at the pricepoint also there is the 780 ti and the 780, i want it to be a asus gpu to match mi maximus impact mobo, but its been hard enough to make such a gigantic research and looking for benchamarks between these three monsters, my set up have 2 monitors (one for gaming and the other one is just compainion for web browsing or videos ), the mars is the one that have mi attention because its sli i think ( i dont know about sli ) it will be stronger in multi monitor since its like dual core gpu but its just an idea and dont know how sli works.

I don't see how it's "gigantic research". If you find MARS 760 benchmarks, you're likely going to find a graph or 10 comparing it against similar cards in various games.

Nonetheless, the MARS 760 on par with the GTX 780, if not a tad bit faster. But if you overclock the 780, the 780 will likely be faster. The GTX 780 Ti is hands down still faster than the other two choices.

And with the MARS, you also have to consider the extra heat (which comes with dual GPUs), and extra power consumption (can your PSU handle it?).

If you can get the GTX 780 Ti, I would go that route, as you can SLI (add a second one of the same model, only 780 Tis, no regular 780s) later on. And in games where SLI isn't supported, or doesn't have a great profile for it, you're going to get, at best, the performance of a GTX 760, versus getting the raw performance of a 780 Ti.

780 is the best value and 780ti is the most powerful. I can't recommend 760 Mars considering sli gtx 760 costs 500 usd performs the same. You can afford sli 770 for 680 usd and that would be the best choice. Sli 770 would unquestionably beat all other options.

But there are other factors that tug us away from a dual-GPU solution, such as higher frame time latencies and a practical limit of 2 GB per GPU. Although Nvidia's SLI-based configurations performnotably better than CrossFire, single-GPU cards like the GeForce GTX 780 Ti retain an advantage (not to mention an extra gigabyte of GDDR5). But an even bigger value challenge comes simply from two GeForce GTX 760 cards in SLI, which sell for $500. So long as you have enough space on your motherboard and headroom from your power supply, that's probably a smarter choice."

Thanks for that :), thats a great conclusion, so this leave me between the premium rog mars vs the 780ti king, so thanks again for Making simple my options, but considering that th rog mars its only more bling and the 780ti its pure horsepower i think the choice is simple

Keep in mind that the Tom's Hardware chart is for higher resolutions, which is going to favor a GTX 780 Ti. If you play at more normal resolutions, then the Mars will have a relative advantage vs the GTX 780 Ti. I think the best advice that Tom's gave was to consider a pair of GTX 760's in SLI for $500.

Hopefully, you checked out the article and caught this piece:

"Who might disregard those caveats and go with the Mars 760 anyway? Enthusiasts without room on their motherboards for two dual-slot boards, to start. Chassis dimensions come into play as well. Additionally, tuners will appreciate the Mars' willingness to exceed Asus' factory-set frequencies on the road to GeForce GTX 690-like performance (though we can't guarantee retail samples will scale as well as our press card). Finally, fans of Asus' one-off creations may find the style and exclusivity of this limited-production Mars 760 appealing."
