I have a L355 windows vista basic laptop. Nothing extra came with,so I assumed everything is
there. I have had it for awhile and have used the service restoring to factory. When I restore I
think I am missing somethimg. So I am checking to see if there is a CD available for this laptop.
I tried the Toshiba website. Everytime I put in my serial number, nothing happens. Why is that?
