SB_PWR / GPU LEDs Stay On After Shutdown

Mobo - SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0
GPU - GeForce GTX 770
PSU - Corsair CX750M

I shutdown pc and my SB_PWR led stays on along with two LEDs on GPU. My mouse even stays lit up. Here is a pic.

Is this bad?

If the PC is still plugged into the wall, and the PSU power switch is still switched on, those lights are normal.
To be sure, using Windows shutdown the PC; after the PC has shut down switch off the power supply with the switch on the PSU OR unplug the cord from the PSU. The light should go out within a couple minutes as the power stored in the mobo components 'drains' out.

Ya I'm a rookie....I never had a case where it was open so I never knew those LEDs were always on.....thank you very much though for the answer. Much appreciated!

And I did switch off the psu and the LEDs did go away almost instantly. So I'm looking good!
