So I updated the drivers for my amd graphics card and when they were done I had black bars on my second screen not my first one, So I look up online how to fix it I found one using ccc then my ccc has an error as well I cant fix it I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it then I get the Application Install: install package failure! error so.... I am out of Ideas I am about to just format the damn thing and just re install everything.
Installed new AMD Drivers... Black border on the second screen now the main one
