System as follow (Planned, changes upgrades please?)> Marked* i really need opinions<

http://pcpartpicker.com/user/jrizy/saved/46DN

OK most ill spend is 1400.00 us currency and i will be putting together myself, the prices on partpicker are way off i can build the current system you see for about $1289.00 at the most when things go off sale. I will use it for mainly gaming such as Titanfall and BF3 and worldoftanks on ultra settings. I like the seasonic but the one from newegg does not show on partpicker, its a more stubby powersupply than the corsair but i know the corsair will fit.

secondary external optical drive( just incase)
Already have all accessories such as mouse keyboard headset etc.

Ok, these are my suggestions and my opinion: Your rig looks awesome. An i7-4770K will do ANYTHING you want. You chose a SeaSonic Power Supply, and SeaSonic is one of the best PSU brands out there. It's Gold as you said, so I don't think you'll have any problem regarding the PSU. But 750W is a lot more than enough for one single GTX 770. If you'll do SLI in the future, then yes, you should get 750W. But if you won't, it's unnecessary. You're asking if upgrading to a GTX 780 is a wise choice, and yes, it is. If you've the money, of course. It'll perform better, though a GTX 770 is a very very good GPU, and will do anything you want! Including gaming and video editing. I'd suggest you to have a look at other GPU manufacturers such as ASUS. About the RAM memory, 8GB (2x4GB which is dual channel and will perform better than 1x8GB) is more than enough for actual gaming. But if you'll be video editing or doing such tasks, then go for 16GB. 1600MHz is enough. That 256GB SSD is great, so your system will start up faster and be faster in some kind of stuff. The hard drive from your old build has 750GB. If you've the money, go for a 1TB or 2TB HDD. Even if you think you won't need it, you don't know if you will or not. Maybe you will, maybe not.

Also, please tell us your budget for the upgrade, the parts you need and what will you do with the computer (gaming, video editing, surfing the internet...).

Saying the country where you live and the currency you're talking about at the prices ($, €, etc.) would help too!

As I asked you: country? currency? parts you don't need?

You could save some money from getting a worse (though also good) CPU, and using that money to upgrade the GPU (which is more important than CPU for gaming) or other parts, or to save it.

for the psu you really dont need a 750-760w for your setup.
you could go with a 650w xfx, seasonic, corsair hx, tx,axi series this will cover overclocking and any extra power draw you will have.it will provie a 60-70 dollar drop in price...depending on where you get it
and you can drop the ram to a set of g skill with around a 60 or 70 dollar drop in price as well
then with the money you save you could go with a 780.

but with the parts you have selected and the games you have listed you will be able to get 60 fps on ultra settings(may need a little tweaking for titan fall). and if you can get the parts you listed with the price you quoted then i would go with what you have and not change a thing

If other have insights feel free because i will possibly spend time on setting up my kids computer on partpicker as well and an alternate build that may be cheaper and change the main build with the 780 in the mix since it will be a month from now i will be updating . Thank you. and keep it coming.

if prices turn out around the same as they are on pcpartpicker you can post that pcpartpiker build on here and we may be able to save you some money or get you better performance but if your getting the deals as you stated above i would go with that
