Sorry. I see that now however it could be the same problem. It has the same form factor as a portable which means it doesn't cool well under heavy loads such as games. So you have problems running less demanding programs?

Um I can run less demanding games easy but I just discovered that if I turn it off and on several times if then starts running them properly. It's really weird. I got my vacuum and cleaned it out. Thanks for help, really appreciated.
Yes, when I run things like chrome it works perfectly. Recently we replaced the charge pack, cleaned in vents with a vacuum and cleaned the actual computer itself. It does seem to be running faster but not fast enough. I don't notice too much heat anymore with the new charge pack. Thanks
