Been trying to fix my computer for 3 days straight, seems unsolvable

Hello, I am in need of help, I was having issues with lag, so I went to msconfig and checked 8 processors and put in the max amount of ram which caused my pc to get bluescreen this is fixed though, but then I started getting a black screen with a moveable cursor, which dissapeared, now my pc just keeps on restarting and restarting after windows logo,
I checked my Fan, that is running, I checked the temperature, its about 55 C, I have one 8 GB ram stick, I have tried to start without and then restarting with it, still doesnt work, I'm completely lost and I don't really know what to do, it seems like a ocean with problems

>- Does not go into any safe mode
>- Have basically tried anything and on the urge to becoming desperate

>- Mouse, Keyboard, Display only connected

Unplug the computer from the wall, remove the CMOS battery (looks like an oversized watch battery on the motherboard) for about a minute, then pop it back in and restart the computer.

Do you have a graphics card? Try removing that, removing any fans, hard drives, CD drives, etc so that just the CPU and motherboard are plugged in. Then try moving the RAM into the different slots as well.

When I try starting with no RAM, screen doesnt come up

No, leave the RAM in, but remove the graphics card, and then try the other slots. Also, try force resetting the BIOS with the jumpers on the motherboard.

So you can get into the BIOS just fine, and reinstall Windows just fine, but it won't boot up all the way, even with the GPU removed? What are the specs of your system, including model/watt of the PSU?

I have not tried to remove those Cause I do not know what it is or how it looks like, will it not damage the computer?

Also I looked it up, normally there would be like a cover on the jumpers? There is none on mine

There is JBAT1 which is like the pins, There is only two of them, not 3 which is standard, and there is no jumper on it, I already checked the manual and that is the cmos reset

It worked, I had to press f8 and try running it with disabled signature enforcement!

Yeah, But I keep getting bluescreen when I try to download DayZ, bluescreen error message is
Driver_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Download driver sweeper and run that, then download a new copy of the graphics card driver from their website and install again.

Driver Sweeper isn't free, The problem is that I don't have any money right now, cant pay 60 dollars for a driverscanner program that im gonna use once

also driversweeper is gone and driver fusion has taken its place

I also dont know how to check my graphics drivers, they are installed from the CD i got with the pc

My current Windows is x32, my last was x64, does this might be the problem?

When you reinstalled windows did you leave your programs and files intact? 64 bit programs won't run on 32 bit.

For the driver, go to the start menu, right click computer, click manage, click device manager when the window pops up, the under display adapter, right click your graphics card and click uninstall device driver.
