I had my windows installed since summer 2k13, and it was fine till 2 weeks ago
when I got this error. Only thing that helps is going to safe mode and doing system
restore, after which my computer starts normally but system restore gives me unspecified error. Sometimes it loads as usual, but mostly I get black screen. I don't know is it a virus of some sort, or something, but bitdefender didn't find anything except runtime.exe, which I cannot delete or find manually.
I reinstalled windows a week ago but it didn't help.
