I need different ram, power supply, and optical drive from amazon because my credit card doesn't go through the newegg site.
I already ordered everything else except those parts.

Agreed, on average, I was seeing @$20-$40 more for every part looked up. If it was possible to use another outlet other than newegg or Amazon, you are looking at saving nearly $100 overall.

Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($79.02 @ NCIX US)
Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($79.99 @ Micro Center)

Typically the gtx 770 requires 42A and 600w psu minimum. If you didn't plan on overclocking a good quality 550w would be sufficient, but from your choices I gather OC is a good probability, so I went with a 650w. You have a good solid build with top tier parts, I felt it would be a shame to short change on the other parts.

Memory is Cas7, for 1600MHz, its about as fast as it gets, very good quality optical, and a very good psu that is fully modular.
