So for the the last little while my computer has been randomly freezing up. It can happen during anything, gaming, streaming video games, watching movies, etc. It will just lock up, then black screen, and I have to manually restart. I have run two different stress test, as I thought it might be a hardware issue. I ran Prime 95, a blend test, it did 16 tests via 4 workers in 15 minutes with no errors. Then I ran a GFX stress test. I ran Haven Benchmark 4.0. Again no problems, no freeing. My GPU was running at 65 degrees celcius even under heavy load. This is my last attempt at trying to figure it out before I format and hope for the best =/.

Specs:
CPU - Intel Core i5-3570 @ 3.40 Ghz
Ram - Gskillz (forget details) 16.0 GB
Windows 7 64bit pro
GFX - Saphhire HD 7870
HD - Western Digital 500gb
PSU - Antec 750 W
MOBO - ASUS P8Z77-V LK

Again, it just happens at Random, out of the blue BAM computer freezes, screen goes black, have to manually restart. Very frustrating. Maybe happens between 1-2 times a week, depending on how often I'm on my rig.

Thanks,
Sixshots

How do I downloaded memtest without burning it to a disc or USB stick... seems kinda excessive. I tried bootable binary but that didn't work.

EDIT: Never mind I have to run it from boot... guess I'll try and find a blank DVD or USB stick around here somewhere.
