do you have everything disconnected (keyboard, mouse, etc)? if not try this and see if it will power on
if it does this with everything disconnected and the case usb disconnected i would return the product because the error is for faulty voltages in usb which indicates a faulty psu or usb ports on the main board

do you get any signs of life from the pc at all? psu fan case fans?

i would take out the psu first make sure it isnt connected to anything...plug it in and if it isnt showing any signs of life then it is dead. you cant trouble shoot the rest of the build without a psu. most likey it is the case that is the culprit. bad wiring or mangled connector. could be mobo connectors as well but less likely

try with one stick of ram in slot1 no gpu in nothing connected to mobo other than power cables.see if you get a post beep or a debug light, or some sign of life like cpu fan

it may have been a short on the mobo/case and caused some damage, can you still rma? i dont know anything else to troubleshoot at this point. someone else may have some different ideas. but it sounds like its dead.

just to verify

you do have 24 pin mobo psu cable and cpu cable connected?
