I purchased a ATX12V 2.3 PSU or my RAID enclosure, EnhanceBOX E8 MS. It only requires the molex connectors to be connected. When I turned on the ATX 12V PSU, the RAID enclosure did not power on. I assume this is because the CPU connector is not connected. Is there an adapter that can connect to the CPU connector so power will flow through the molex connector?

How did you "turn on" the PSU? Just flipping the switch in the back will not turn the PSU on, it will merely let power flow into the PSU. The signal to the PSU telling it to turn on comes when the Green wire in the 24 pin connector gets connected to ground generally via the motherboard, but it can also be done via a switch you rig up if you just need to use the PSU as a 12V supply.

I know what I need. I need a 4 pin male and 20 pin male to molex female adapter. Where can I buy such an adapter?

This is what it looks like. I found it in my second RAID enclosure.
