Using an Asus crosshair IV formula

It started by me plugging in my guitar into the mic port on the front of the pc, then the screen instantly said no signal. So I shut it down and restarted still no signal.
So I changed the screen, And got the same thing so I pulled the video card and placed it back in. Now when I start it it will run its self checkup and during one of the checks it beeps then after the check it beeps again (normally it only beeps 1 time after the check is over). But I'm getting no red lights on the motherboard to say there is anything wrong. I also replaced the video card with my old one and it still does the same. Any ideas what could cause this? Can it be fixed?
