I was about to play the sims 3 when all of a sudden my CPU Fan got insanely loud like it was going so fast it sounded like it might actually blow up lol
Along with that the screen went black an I wasn't able to do anything except unplug the tower from the power cord to get it to shut off.
Anyone know what may have caused this?
Note: I've played 100's of hours of the sims 3 on the computer so I know that isn't the issue.
Note: The CPU wasn't hot or anything I had just turned on the computer
Note: The Power Supply fan wasn't running at all. When I felt the back of the tower there was no air coming from the Power Supply fan at all once the cpu fan had gone out of control.
