Thank you for your advice in advance! As the title says I have around 300 dollars to spend on upgrades. Not to sure if I should go for CPU or GPU or if there is a way to do both. I use my pc mostly for games like BF3/4 Titanfall.

Current Specs,

AMD Phenom II X4 955
Nvidia Geforce GTX 570
12 Gigs DDR3 ram
Gigabyte technology AM3+ mother board
Windows 7 64-bit

Thanks again!

Keep the GTX 570 until you can save up some more money, its a good card. Firstly I would upgrade to the AMD FX-6300, and then save up a little more money to get the GTX 760:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor ($109.99 @ Amazon)
Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 760 2GB Video Card ($239.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $349.98
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

I'd go with a GTX760, and save $50 the change for a CPU upgrade down the road. Or go for the 770 at $330. GPU is more important and will give you more noticeable improvements ingame.

I'd go gtx 770. Cpu upgrade to a 4000 series is no way. 6000's is ok, but honestly if I were to upgrade amd cpu it'd be 8320-50 or bust. And for that i'd really recommend a new motherboard, and well oops your over $300, and your still limited by your 570 gpu. where a 770 might or might not bottleneck, but if it would the card would be running so close to max anyways it wouldn't matter. Then upgrade your cpu down the road, and you'll have a great gpu to go with it.
