2 weeks ago, my computer stopped displaying anything on the screen. I swapped out DVI cables and still nothing showed up. I switched to VGA, and the computer would boot up to the Windows 7 splash screen, then BSOD because "the display driver failed to reset", restart, and go in an endless cycle. I went into safe mode and did a system restore to 02/22/14, and then my PC was able to run normally (on VGA, DVI still wouldn't work). After 2 days, it would BSOD and go in a reboot loop. I did another system restore back to 02/22/14 and then it worked "normally" for another two days. Then it started going in the BSOD reboot cycle. I tried to system restore it again, but that didn't fix the problem

Now I have used the Windows 7 DVD to wipe my HDD. After it installs, the PC will restart and then BSOD while it tries to complete the installation. I have wiped the HDD and reinstalled Windows 7 several times, but it still BSOD's.

All the BSOD's I have gotten are the same. "the display driver has failed to reset". Right now nothing works. I can't finish a clean install of Windows 7. DVI is still dead. I did try using Startup Repair, but it didn't find anything. I also ran the memory check, but nothing came up. I don't know if it's a hardware problem or a software problem. It says it's a driver problem, but there aren't any drivers installed yet since Windows hasn't even finished installing. Any suggestions?
