Best pc (parts excluded) for under $500? Just tower

This includes the OS(preferably windows 7) but excludes monitor, mouse, and keyboard(Already have).

I would like to play games such as rust, dayZ, and then other games like portal 2, CSGO.

This would help me greatly, I have been searching on newegg, tiger direct, amazon, best buy, eBay, any other affordable website, and even walmart. Please help me find a decent pc for my limited budget.

More about parts excluded 500 tower
  1. not going to happen.
  2. This is probably the best prebuilt option
You wouldn't be able to handle rust and dayZ yet but with a gpu upgrade you could easily!
For now it could handle portal 2 and csgo.

But if you were to do a self build i think this would be a great option:

I haven't chosen fans or small things such as thermal compound. Also, I couldn't find a cheap win 7 copy on part picker so here:
Overall it should add up to $500 give or take $10!!!
