Cheap HTPC build help

I'm looking to build an htpc as cheaply as possible with the following capabilities:

Run windows with XMBC
Stream netflix, hulu, youtube, etc
Playback bluray/3d bluray smoothly
Pleayback 1080p mkv files, sbs 3d, and full iso 3d
Playback and recording of OTA tv content

I've put together a build, but I honestly have no idea if I'm overdoing or underdoing the build.

Hi Stplayahtn,

It seems a decent set up for the intended use.
I would consider a better case, such as this Fractal Design:

And higher quality PSU, in the 3-400 Watt range, to ensure quiet operations.
