This is my first build and I just picked everything I wanted to get. Sadly it's a little more than I can spend, but I don't know what to downgrade. I'm only looking to take 1 or 2 hundred dollars off.

This is going to be a gaming pc (e.g. LoL, Crysis, Assassin's Creed, and maybe ESO)

Your suggestions are much appreciated!

First off, you need to change the RAM. A tri-channel kit will not work. You need to get a 2x4gb kit. (8gb)

Secondly, you could save alot of money on the CPU cooler.

The PSU is overkill. an XFX 650w uinit would be more than enough here and be just as good or better quality for like $40 less.

A 120gb SSD is plenty for the OS and games. This will save allot of money.

Like tiny said there are still corners that can be cut, but this is roughly equivalent to your previous build.
