Alright, so I`m trying to decide which motherboard to get so far I`ve seen that`re in my price range

I was thinking of more towards the ASUS but I don`t really think it`s good.
Side note: the CPU I have is the AMD Athlon x4 750k so I know I need FM2 socket on it.
