System Temps Problem? Or not?

Hi all, my rig has currently temps of : CPU (Fx 6100) 26-35 c , videocard 55-60 c idle - 70-80 under load, but my mainboard/mobo (gigabyte 970a- ds3) on idle is 35-50 (35 as of the past couple of minutes), and right as I put her underload/ play a game she can jump all the way to the 60-70 c range. I put another case fan in which has lowered my CPU from 35 to 25 c and actually has helped my mobo but under load it can get kinda hot. Any guess why? -- additional info- there is not major dust build up and I have an outtake fan on the top back , outtake fan hangin on top and 1 intake fan on my lower front - kinda blocked by my hdd and some wires.. If anything my temps have just been goin up especially when I play Counter Strike: Global offensive, is that game in particular just more CPU heavy and pushin more hot air... sorry I sound kinda novice to cooling, which I am.

Solution
an option is flip your PSU over so the fan is inside the case so it can be used as an exhaust. Some times the side fan can hurt the cooling for the GPU. If I use my side fan for intake, it forces to much air at my card and does not let it vent properly into the case. But my GPU is styled so it vents into the case. If your GPU is a reference style then it will surely help but if it vents into the case it is possible it could hurt the cooling like mine does. To solve this issue I turned my side fan around and have it sucking warm air out of the case.
the front lower fan is often used to help cool the HDD's but should not be blocked by wires. Try to move all wires so they are between the back panel and motherboard tray. and keep all wires that are in the main compartment tied to the motherboard tray.

what case are you using?

There is a space to put another fan on the case panel, right next to/ under the gpu , should i put an additional outtake fan there? It seems you are right because there would be a lot of hot air trapped down on my lower mobo. Seems like the top of my mobo is cooled well with my cpu being 26
