I am completely lost on this one. So I recently made a computer which turned about amazing guys cheers I posted my build on here a few times. Anyway a few days ago my friend needed help building another computer since our other friend messed it up. Everything was bad except the powersupply and case. Everything is connected and ready to go. But when I connected a monitor to see how everything looked nothing was detected the dvi detected nothing the hdmi detected nothing. I am shocked. I checked all the connections. Nothing... Someone told me that it could be the power supply. But then why would the fans and everything power up?

update: I am using the graphics card.

From my experience there are many possibilities which causes that issue:
- One memory RAM not working.
- Monitor Cord not working properly.
- Heat problems on video card.
- Hard Drive not seated properly.
- Motherboard defective.
- Insufficient power supply wattage to run the parts of the desktop and many more.

The Monitor cord is still good because I use it with other computers.

All the parts are new I can't see it just not working like that.. How can i definitively check the moba. I notice this one did not have status lights.
I'll check the hardrive
This PSU is suspect but I believe its 600watts it says 600 or 700 watts. Seems suspect again. Cyber Power PSU.
