And I know I don't have a optical reader I will add that soon

More or less.. both these cards give playable FPS {>40} in high settings up to Full HD in most of the modern titles. 760 being a better card than 270x overall.

I don't think these components run that much hot to create a problem. Some GPUs can get hot while under load but that's completely normal.
Most of the modern cases now provides at least one front intake and one back exhaust out of the box. That should be enough.. No need to get extra fans now..
