What timing and multiplier should I set my memory to?

I just upgraded my mobo to an EVGA stinger z87 with a haswell core i7. I know how to OC gpu's just fine but what settings should I set for this memory? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231638 I want it to at least run what it's rated for and the bios for my mobo is really easy and straightforward

Make sure you have the latest BIOS, then go in enable XMP and select profile one, the mobo should set the sticks up for you, if any problems give me a shout and we can set up manually

As Tradesman1 has posted.

IF your i7 is the unlocked k processor, it won't matter what you oc the cpu to, it will stay at set value. Unless you change the ram setting/s yourself.

Well I just went and changed it to 2400mhz, didn't mess with the multiplier or timings or anything, seems to work just fine CPU-Z recognizes it as running at 2400

ok, what are the timings reported in cpuz, are they 9-11-11-31?

DRAM Frequency : 1200mhz
FSB : DRAM: 1:9
CAS Latency (CL): 11.0 clocks
RAS to CAS Delay (tRCD): 12 clocks
RAS Precharge (tRP): 12 clocks
Cycle Time (tRAS): 31 clocks
Row Refresh Cycle Time (tRFC): 225 clocks
Command Rate (CR): 2T

That is what it says on cpu-z, like I said OC'ing memory is new to me and I would appreciate any help. I have an EVGA Z87 Stinger with a great bios, so I'll be able to make any changes easily, from what I understand from the above information is that the ram is running at 2400mhz just as I set it, but the CAS Latency is at 11 when it is rated to be at 9, and the timings that g.skill advertises is 9-11-11-31, but I'm not sure what all of the above information means. Thanks in advance to anyone willing to help!

9 may be too tight for their BIOS, can leave things as is, and manually change the CL to 9, ensure the DRAM voltage is at 1.65 then might raise the VTT or CPUVTT voltage just a tad, maybe to 1.15

Was that XMP pofile1 or manually set with auto timings?
As Tradesman1 posted try xmp profile 1.
You should then get the correct speed and rated timings 9-11-11-31.
If not they can be entered manually.
