Did I break my GPU mining bitcpins?

I have been having issues with my Nvidia 525m graphics card. It uses Optimus with the integrated card.
I was attempting to mine bitcoins the other week, and while attempting to tweak the configuration I seemed to have made it perform much worse.
What I did was change the Blocks x Warps to something that crashed my video card.
I've tried everything I can do, including doing a clean install with the drivers. I am getting terrible FPS in all games I try to play. The video card isn't overheating, I'm using MSI Afterburner to moniter heat and GPU%. Currently trying to play Counter Strike with 8-12 FPS with 15% GPU used. Really bizarre, is there anyway to force the GPU to 100%? Really need some professional insight, thanks!

Where did you change that at? My mining rig, I've never even seen that option anywhere. Also, mining with a 525m has absolutely no benefit. Unless you have dedicated ASIC cards, there's almost no way you can make money mining bitcoins anymore. The difficulty has gotten too high.

Yeah you're right, I was mining altcoins but same thing really.

cudaminer i guess has the option to change the blocksxwarps. It auto detected -l F4x8 and I changed it to -l F12x16 or something similar, which is way to high for my wimpy GPU. Anyway it went poof and crashed, and said kernal crashed and had to be restarted. Never really worked the same. Im thinking about installing a fresh copy of windows, but I feel like it would be a waste of time.

It's definitely using the 525m, when I pull up MSI Afterburner it shows it is being used, just poorly. Sometimes I'll get 10 FPS in a game, while only using 20% of the GPU, its weird. Ive tried uninstalling the drivers, doing clean install of the drivers, even that program that completely installs the drivers + registry. No luck. :(

Here are some screenshots I took while running NovaBench. I think the GPU was being used but I'm not certain. Ill add another screen of Afterburner while I try to run a game. Imgur link

Here are a couple more shots while I play Diablo. Second Link

Notice the GPU usage % max on that last pic. Whats up with the extremely large number there? weird.

Yeah see my second link, the bottom pick shows the GPU is running, just very wonky. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers probably 3 times.

I got Novabench here

Thanks a ton for your help, I really appreciate it.

Going through the EventLog I noticed a significant crash on 1/16 and 12/28. Other than that I didn't see anything of importance. EventLog

Yeah I noticed that too, I just installed that today to maybe see if it can fix anything. All it does is change registry values i think.

Thanks a ton man, I think I am going to do a fresh install of Windows. Then I will definitively have an answer, either it's a software problem which would be fixed, or its a hardware problem and I'm SOL.

Again I appreciate the help, have a good one!

edit: good call on the dropbox, would have forgot about it
