Hello, here is my situation. Please help!!

I want to build a home server to share my media files with the whole family.
So I got a decent dell desktop from my sister for free. It was her work computer and did not boot.
It is Optiplex 755 with Intel E8400 @ 3.0 GHz with 8 GB of DDR2 memory.
I found the hard drive was gone bad and put a new hard drive, WD Red 1TB and it works fine now.
But, here is my problem. I also have an extra Crucial M3 SSD and I want to take advantage of it.
I want the SSD to be my boot drive and the RED, storage drive, of course.
But the Optiplex (small form factor) does not have space to mount the SSD
and no extra SATA power connector. So currently OS is on the RED drive and it's not fast enough.
And my M3 is sitting around doing nothing.
We all want faster computer.. you know.. hehe

So I decide to spend some money and set up my home sever the way I want it.
I want to get a nice quiet case and a modular PSU and migrate the dell system to a new home.
But I've never done it before and not even sure whether it is something doable.
I have built several systems before and by no means I am an expert.
So I am here to ask your advise.
The case I have in mind is "Lian-Li PC-A05FNB" ATX box
and I think "Corsair CX430M" will give enough power
for my 1 SSD, 2 SATA drives and 1 DVD-RW (no graphic)

Here is my questions:

1. Is the Dell Optiplex 755 motherboard migratable to Lian-Li, and Corair H80 (that I have)
is mountable on it? Is there any back panel issue? Should I get a new board?
I don't want to spend a lot of money.
My goal is to set up a decent home server with the part that I already have.
If I can use the SSD in the current dell system. That would be the best.
It has 275 Watts with no extra SATA connector. (model D275P-00)

2. Will CX430M give enough output connector for 1 SSD & 2 SATA drive and 1 SATA DVD drive?
Some says it gives 4 SATA connectors, but some says 2.
So I am little confused even after reading the specs.
I know it has enough power though. (PSU power calculator)

3. If I have to get a new motherboard, (should I?) what about the memory sticks?
Will it work on any LGA 775 ASUS or Gigabyte motherboard?
The system have 4 sticks of memory total of 8GB. It is a Dell brand low profile memory
and will it work on any DDR2 800 motherboard? It says non-ECC memory.

If I can make this work. I would feel really good.
I will have a pretty fast media home server with some spare parts that I have.
So if you see any foreseen problems or advise.. please give me your advise on this build.
Thank you very much for your time.

Solution
1. most Optiplexs have the pci slots on the wrong side of the I/O so unless you're really lucky it won't fit.
2. It probably has, if not you could always buy molex to sata connectors.
3. The memory works in almost every motherboard.

Hi Ivan, thanks for you reply..
By looking at the picture of the MB, I learned that it will not fit in the box. Oh well..
But it's good to know that CX430M will give enough connectors and the memory will work on most boards.
Now I have to find a cheap and stable replacement motherboard.^^
Until then, I think I will live with the Red drive..
Thank you very much for your input.
