CPU: Intel i5-4670K (with stock cooler)
Mobo: Asus Z87-A
PSU: Seasonic Modular 80+ Gold 750W
RAM: 2 x 4GB Corsair Vengeance
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 780

So, the problem is that there is no video going to the TV I'm currently using as a monitor. Fans are working, green power LED is on, no error-related LEDs. I currently have no system speaker to hear beep codes.

I'm breadboarding the system to try and solve the issue, and I've tested both HDMI and VGA in case the output format wasn't being detected properly. I've checked all connections and TV is set correctly. I've tried both RAM sticks individually. The RAM is firmly in place and in the correct slots according to the manual, and I tried another slot just in case. I have reset CMOS as well. I tested with the GPU (fans and lights worked) to make sure it wasn't a problem with the integrated graphics. I checked the CPU and socket for bent pins or foreign objects, made sure it was inserted correctly, thermal paste applied, CPU cooler firmly secured. I checked for bent pins on the motherboard as well. I've been careful to avoid static.

Unfortunately, I have no spare CPU, PSU or Mobo to test individually, and the lack of system speaker makes the issue hard to diagnose. I was wondering if the LEDs on the Z87-A are enough to diagnose where an issue might be? Should the DRAM LED light up when there is no RAM inserted? Currently, none of the error-related LEDs have lit up at any time.

I'd also like to know if there's anything else I can try, without replacement parts to test. I'm pretty much out of ideas, and don't know any other way to test whether the parts are working. This is my first build so I don't have much experience. Thank you in advance to anyone who replies.

I have same processor, motherboard. When I put mine together the first time I ran it the same thing happened to mine. What I did was took my ram out I have two sticks of DDR3 G.SKILL RIPJAWS to make 8 gb. I switched them around and that did the trick. Hope this was useful.
