My friend recently put together a build for me for a new PC. I was wondering if someone could take a look at it and tell me what's wrong/right and what's missing. Any suggestions are appreciated!

Case CoolerMaster CM690 III Mid Tower Case with Window
Power Supply Corsair CX-600 Modular 80+ Bronze Power Supply
Processor Intel Core i5 4670k
Motherboard Gigabyte GA-Z87M-D3H Motherboard
RAM Corasair CMX8GX3M2A1600C9 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3
Hard Drive Seagate Barracuda 1TB ST1000DM003
SSD (OS boot) Kingston SSDNow V300 120GB SSD
Video Card Gigabyte GeForce GTX 760 OC Edition 4GB
Wireless Adapter TP-Link TL-WN781ND 150Mbps Wireless PCle Adapter
Disc Drive LG GH24NSB0 24x SATA DVD-RW Drive OEM

Approximate Purchase Date - 2-4 months

Budget Range: 1500 max before shipping.

System Usage: Gaming, Web Surfing

I'm not buying a monitor.

I do not need to purchase the OS

PC Case Gear is where the parts were gathered from.

Location: City, State/Region, Country - we need to know where these parts are being assembled and whether there are good store-only deals available

No part preference.

Overclocking: Yes

SLI or Crossfire: Maybe

Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080

Additional Comments: Try and keep it quiet as possible. Wanted for high-end gaming.

Why am I upgrading? Simply put; I get lag on games that I really have no right to get lag on.

Any additions, changes, notes or anything of the sort will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Well the Corsair CX-series PSUs are not very high quality so I'd advice you to get one from XFX. Sice you have a Z87 motherboard and a k-series processor, your CPU should overclock really well. Because of that you should get a better CPU cooler than the stock one. I'd recommend the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo since it really has no viable competition in it's price range. If you want to spend more money then go for the Noctua nh-d14.
