All Data created shortcut in usb

Hi Here is one issue that I face while connecting my usb/pendrive to the computer., All my data created shortcut of itself., and hiding the real files., So I have to delete the shortcut and unhide all my data using command., if we unhide by Folder option it'll be just dim and still it'll not be on unhide mood., so I change the attributes using cmd., then only it work fine., is this the OS Problem or Can anyone tell me what cause this??

Hi thanks for ur help., but my question is What cause this to happen., I have the solution to the problem., and I know it., all I want is "WHAT CAUSE THIS" If you know the cause please let me too know., Thanks anyway.,
