Dear,
My memory Card of 8 GB got corrupted. when i have insert memory card in the phone then it is not showing any file or data in it. If i attached memory card to computers or laptops then its provide only one option i.e. format the memory card. If i checks the properties of memory card then its shown 0 byte space. I have important documents in this card. Please give me the solution how can i recover my data.

The card is useless. You should have backed up the files that were on it before it failed. You should always keep backup copies of files you do not want to lose. Too late now.
