I want to upgrade my system to run triple screen gaming and I'm not sure if upgrading would give me the performance I want or if it would be easier to just build a new system.

First off what I would like to run and what I would be using it for.

I would like to run two 24" ASUS VG248QE and one 27" ASUS PB278Q.
I play almost exclusively MMORPG's like EvE Online/DDO/PoE. I multi box a lot on these and multitask.

My current build.

*Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz (3.7GHz Turbo Boost) LGA 1155 95W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 3000
*Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus

*ASRock Z77 Extreme4 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

*G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory

*Corsair Force Series GT CSSD-F120GBGT-BK 2.5" 120GB SATA III Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)

*EVGA 04G-P4-2673-KR GeForce GTX 670 Superclocked+ w/Backplate 4GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

*PC Power and Cooling Silencer Mk III Series 600W Modular Power Supply features 100% Japanese 105°C rated Capacitors Intel 4th Gen CPU Haswell

Upgrades I was considering.
CPU i7-3770k
32Gb Memory
2x250Gb SSD in Raid 0
PSU
GPU of some sort

Lastly my budget is very open

I honestly don't think you need to upgrade your whole system. Yeah the 2500k is an older CPU now, but still a very capable system. Considering you have a good motherboard, you should overclock if you have an aftermarket cooler. In order to support all those monitors, which I assume you are gaming on all three, you should upgrade the PSU and add another 670 4GB.

You could always upgrade the CPU but I would do that after the PSU upgrade and the additional GPU. I don't know if it would be worth $300 for a CPU for a small increase in performance. I suggest you read some reviews and evaluate if the 3770k is necessary based on the games you play.

Also, it would be a very big waste of money to purchase 32GB of RAM. You'll never use it. If...
