I have a kingston sv300s 120gb ssd which I banchmarked using crystal mark and hd tune pro. Now hd tune pro gives me a write speed of 235913 KB/S Read 264574 KB/S and crystal gives me Sequential Write : 91.181 MB/s Sequential Read : 175.465 MB/s. Hd tune pro looks like is giving faster results .

and second question I compared the ssd banchmmarks with my seagate 4tb 5900rpm the seagate got better seq writes than ssd and close read speeds. does it make sense ? here are the results

Sequential Read : 148.988 MB/s
Sequential Write : 137.428 MB/s
Random Read 512KB : 34.710 MB/s
Random Write 512KB : 60.492 MB/s
Random Read 4KB (QD=1) : 0.345 MB/s [ 84.3 IOPS]
Random Write 4KB (QD=1) : 0.827 MB/s [ 201.9 IOPS]
Random Read 4KB (QD=32) : 0.774 MB/s [ 189.0 IOPS]
Random Write 4KB (QD=32) : 0.786 MB/s [ 191.8 IOPS]
 
Solution
HD Tune creates compressable data CrystalDiskMark don't, which ends up in different numbers.
The reason why SSDs are faster is Random Read/Write, where your HDD is 50 times slower compared to the SSD. Your result should be fine.
