I think that's the name of the logitech mouse at least, but I'm wondering which people prefer. The molten would cost about 10 bucks more and I want the programmable keys that both have. I also wanted it to be red and black to match my system colors.

I actually ended up getting the Logitech and I love it completely. Takes a bit to get used to coming from always using the standard mouse the side forward and back buttons, but I couldn't be happier. You also get to pick any color for the LED's in the software itself.

I don't buy anything other than logitech when it comes to gaming mice. Logitech is always cutting edge with features and ergonomics/comfort. The cost is reasonable too. I wouldn't part with my G500 for anything... It's a solid mouse, with just the right amount of buttons and a nice shielded cord.

From what I've seen, Razer is alot of hype, extra buttons, and flashy colors. I have seen more complaints of build quality when it comes to items breaking after 1 year of use, etc. Further, Razer is more expensive because the target audience thinks they are getting a better product - their advertising towards the target market may be better than anyone else's.

Despite my biased opinion, I don't actually work for Logitech. In all fairness I have never purchased a Razer product, and they might be great, but my last 4-5 mice have been logitech and I don't see any reason to switch to another brand. If Razer didn't have a huge price premium, I might be more inclined to try.

Well, I just ordered the Logitech G600; can I join the club?
