What is the Minimum PSU needed for MSI GTX 660 twin frozer?

What is the Minimum PSU needed for MSI GTX 660 twin frozer?My current PSU is 850W.it is too much i think.

It can't really be too much, but depending on your other equipment a 400 (newish-intel CPU) or 500 (amd CPU) would be fine with that card. If you have the 850 it will work just fine, the rating on the PSU is for what it is capable of supplying, not how much your machine uses.

4GB RAM
MSI GTX 660
1TB hdd

Like I said before, you can't have too much.

There is no reason to replace your current PSU with a different unit that can supply less power. Unless your machine fails or you need to upgrade it because you are going to be using too much there is very littl reason to replace a power supply.

It's likely a problem with the game or possibly a driver issue. You could try updating or rolling back to a previous drive to see if the problem goes away. Otherwise, contact the tech support for the game.

Also, make a new thread for new questions. Your question isn't even related to the original problem.
